A: No. The only way we guarantee a date is if the client meets the booking requirements(see next question) and the vehicle is still available. That being said, we will try our best to notify you if someone else is about to book, but can offer no gaurantees.
A: We require a credit card on file, completed rental contract and a 50% retainer. If booking within 30 days, full payment is required. If you would like to expedite your booking, feel free to fill out our online Rental Contract. Once submitted our staff will review it to make sure everything is correct then send a booking confirmation via email provided.
A: Yes. All of our vehicles are driven by a seasoned chauffeur to allow you to enjoy your trip without worry. If you are looking to do a photo shoot without a driver, please call us for special pricing
A: All of our vehicles are rented in full hour increments and there is no minimum hourly requirements unless you are located out of our service area. If you would like a full price guide, please submit a quote request.
A: We believe in full transparency. When you receive a quote from us it will include all costs associated with our service. Any charges made with a credit card are subject to a 4% convenience fee, although you may avoid this by paying by cash or check.
A: In the event that you run past your allotted time, you are billed in 15 minute increments at the hourly rate you currently have. This starts at the first minute of each 15 minute increment. An overage creates a lot of extra work for our operations staff. You’ll find that if you add time to your reservation prior to service, you will receive a much better rate. Sometimes over 50% off. This is especially true for Round Trips/One Ways and Vintage Cars. Please speak to your account manager if you think this may apply to you.
A: Yes and no. Coolers may be stored in the trunk or storage areas of vehicles but are not allowed on the interior of the vehicles. Drink packages may be prepurchased prior to your booking, please ask your account manager for more details. All food and beverage items are prohibited in our vintage cars unless secured by a chauffeur prior to service.
A: Your chauffeur carries a large responsibility of safely transporting those who matter most. While tipping is not mandatory, we’ve found that most clients tend to give a tip ranging from 15-20%.
A: No. Most of our antiques are kept original. If this is important to you please inquire to which vehicles come equipped with this feature.
A: Starting January 1st 2017, we will offer an exclusive line of floral and sign packages and will no longer be permitting outside decorations or signs of any kind to be placed on the vehicles. For a list of available options, please reach out to your account manager.
A: Yes. A non-refundable 50% retainer is required to book and full payment is required if booking within 30 days of the date. Once booked, final payment is due 30 days prior to date to avoid late fees.
