FAQs
How far ahead should we book for a wedding?
As early as you can. Dates are only held once the booking fee is paid and the vehicle is available, and we can’t place courtesy holds. For weddings, we recommend reaching out 9 to 12 months ahead, especially for spring and fall weekends. Within 30 days of your date, full payment is due at booking.
Do you pick up at Charleston International Airport?
Yes. Choose curbside pickup, or a meet and greet where your chauffeur meets you inside near the TSA exit and helps with bags. We monitor your flight and include a 30-minute grace period from landing. Rides are private, with no waiting on other passengers. We also serve private aviation terminals, and larger groups can ride in a 14-passenger Mercedes Sprinter or a coach bus.
How many guests fit in a vintage bus?
Each of our vintage buses (Sunny, Bonnie, Dorothy, Lucy, and Jasper) seats up to 50. They have no luggage or cooler storage, so we can add a second vehicle for gear. Vintage buses are booked hourly with a 4-hour minimum, or as a round trip.
What is your retainer and cancellation policy?
A 50% booking fee holds your date and is applied to your total. The balance is due 30 days before your event. Cancelling forfeits the booking fee and our 20% administrative cost at minimum, and more may be owed depending on timing. Standalone airport rides in a sedan, SUV, or van can be cancelled free up to 24 hours before pickup. Full terms are on our Terms of Service page.
